2. Advance Payment

Full advance payment is required to confirm your reservation during online booking through website.

3. Payment Timing

Full payment for your stay must be completed at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Taxes and Fees

All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges as per government regulations.

2. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the full amount for the stay will be charged.

3. Early Check-Out

In the event of an early check-out, no refund will be processed.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited to original payment mode by 7-10 days.

Force Majeure

SMC Guest House is not liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be considered at management's discretion.
