1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2 Reservations must be confirmed with valid identification and, where applicable, a booking fee.
1.3 Cancellation policies are as follows:

Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

2. Check-in and Check-out

2.1 Check-in time: 2:00 PM.
2.2 Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
2.3 Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges and are subject to availability.
2.4 Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in.

3. Guest Responsibilities

3.1 Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their belongings. SMC Guest House will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
3.2 Guests must maintain decorum and avoid disturbing other guests. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
3.3 Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking areas. Violation of this policy may result in penalties or eviction.

4. Use of Facilities

4.1 Facilities such as Wi-Fi, parking, and recreational amenities are provided for guest use, subject to availability.
4.2 Guests are expected to use all facilities responsibly. Any damage caused to the property or facilities may result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Full payment for the stay is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
5.3 Taxes, as applicable by law, will be added to the total bill.

6. Liability and Restrictions

6.1 SMC Guest House reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if guests violate these terms or engage in illegal activities.
6.2 The guest house is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by guests during their stay.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Personal information provided during booking and stay will be handled in compliance with privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1 SMC Guest House reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review them periodically.
